FAQs
How do I qualify for the higher tiers such as Black, Gold etc.?
You will automatically get upgraded to a higher tier when you reach the required qualifications. For example, once you reach S$50,000 in assets or invested amount, you will be automatically upgraded to Black tier. It takes at least one business day to reflect the new tier.

What counts towards the tier qualification minimum?
Your tier is simply determined by whichever is higher: the value of your entire Syfe “net worth” (total assets across Managed portfolios, Cash management, and Brokerage), or the value of your net invested amount (or net deposits i.e. how much you’ve deposited minus how much you’ve withdrawn). What happens if my investment amount and/or total assets go below the qualification minimum?
If both your invested amount and total assets fall below the qualification minimum, your tier will be adjusted accordingly. This typically happens within one business day as we need to ensure accurate calculations. Learn more here about tier determination.
