The Right Profile
Syfe is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own all communication channels for existing users. You will work closely within the marketing team and across departments to develop personalised and relevant content to our users across different funnel stages. We are looking for individuals who have a good understanding of user lifecycle and retention models, as well as putting themselves into the shoes of different investor psyches.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Syfe’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, including user onboarding, account activation, client nurturing, customer cross-sells and retention
- Work with regional teams to manage campaign execution and reporting
- Oversee and own the strategic roadmap and calendar for all existing user communications, including email marketing, mobile app push notifications and in-app user communications
- Monitor and analyse key metrics for lifecycle marketing communications (open rates, CTR, CVR), and oversee channel health, compliance requirements and database quality
- Iterate and improve segmentation and campaign targeting through working with the product and data teams, to develop new attributes and events as needed
- Embrace an experimentation mindset and a test-and-learn approach to user segmentation, messaging and content/creatives
- Measure and review campaign performance with both marketing engagement metrics and backend bottom-line metrics to support overarching marketing and business objectives
- Serve as the guardian for all existing user communications; manage calendar and frequency across all channels, including for product, client service, advisory and operational outreach
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in user engagement (mobile engagement, email marketing), encompassing campaign strategy, messaging, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proven track record in enhancing user funnel conversion ratios, and CLV.
- Strong technical proficiency with user engagement tools/systems, preferably MoEngage.
- Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Keen eye and attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept in crafting creative messaging through copywriting and basic design to deliver quick experiments and iterate campaigns
- Equally adept in analysing spreadsheets and datasets to quantify results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in investing and personal finance, to understand how global economic events would affect different segments of users differently
- Keen desire to work in a fast growing start-up in the exciting Fintech space
