Terms & Conditions

The Syfe Private Wealth Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Syfe Pte. Ltd. (“Syfe”). By participating in this Promotion, your corporation agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined in the client’s customer agreement, and to accept Syfe’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 1st May 2025 till 31st December 2025, 23:59 SGT SGT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must become a Private Wealth member by meeting the following criteria:

successfully sign up as a Syfe Accredited Investor (AI);
maintain a minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) of SGD$350,000 with Syfe; and
invest a minimum of US$50,000 in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings

3. Platinum Tier Upgrade

The Platinum Tier Upgrade is only applicable to Private Wealth members.
The Platinum tier status will be reflected on the client’s account within 14 business days after successfully joining as a Private Wealth member.
If at any time the client’s Assets Under Management (AUM) fall below SGD$350,000 and/or if they have less than the minimum US$50,000 invested in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings, their Platinum tier benefits will be revoked.

4. Cash Boost

The Cash Boost Promotion is only applicable to Private Wealth members.
To qualify for the bonus return, clients must fund their Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio with fresh funds and maintain a minimum 2:1 ratio between their investments in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings and the amount eligible for the Cash Boost. Existing holdings in the Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio prior to the promotion period will not be eligible for the bonus return. For example, a client must invest at least US$50,000 in AI offerings to receive bonus returns on up to US$25,000 in fresh funds deposited into their Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio.
Eligible clients will receive an additional 0.25% p.a. return on their Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio, on top of the prevailing yield, for a period of 90 calendar days from the date they join as a Syfe Private Wealth member. Clients must join on or before 31 December 2024, 23:59 SGT to be eligible.
The +0.25% p.a. bonus return is capped at the first US$100,000 in fresh funds invested in the Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio for the 90-day period. Any amount above US$100,000 will earn the prevailing Cash+ Flexi (USD) yield without the bonus top-up.
The amount eligible for the bonus return will be calculated based on the daily average balance of fresh funds in the Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio throughout the 90-day period.
The bonus return will be credited as a lump sum to the client’s Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio within 14 business days after the end of the 90-day period.
If the client fully withdraws their funds from the Cash+ Flexi (USD) portfolio (i.e. the balance becomes US$0), the portfolio will be marked as dormant, and a new portfolio will be created by Syfe to facilitate the bonus credit.
If at any time the client’s Assets Under Management (AUM) fall below SGD$350,000, and/or if they have less than the minimum US$50,000 invested in Syfe’s Accredited Investor (AI) offerings, and/or they do not meet the 2:1 ratio, their bonus return will be suspended.

5. New-to-Syfe 2025 Fee Waivers

The New-to-Syfe 2025 Fee Waivers Promotion is only applicable to new-to-Syfe clients, defined as:
a. Individuals who have not yet registered for a Syfe account; or
b. Individuals who have registered but have not funded their account.
To enjoy the fee waivers, new-to-Syfe clients must complete the know-your-customer (KYC) process, then apply the unique promo code “PWWAIVER“.
Fee waivers apply exclusively to investments made in Syfe’s Managed Portfolios, excluding SRS and Accredited Investor (AI) portfolios.
The fee waiver is capped at a maximum investment amount of S$100,000.
Management fees will be charged as usual and rebated at the end of each calendar quarter. The rebate will be credited to any of the client’s active Managed Portfolios. If no active Managed Portfolio is available at the time of rebate, a new Cash+ Flexi portfolio will be created to facilitate the credit.
The fee waiver is valid until 31 December 2025, 23:59 SGT. Thereafter, standard management fees will apply.
If at any point the client’s Assets Under Management (AUM) fall below SGD$350,000 and/or they hold less than US$50,000 in Syfe’s AI offerings, the fee rebates will be suspended.

6. Referral Bonus

To qualify for the Referral Bonus, the referrer must meet the following conditions:

Be a Syfe Private Wealth member
Successfully refer a friend to sign up as a Syfe Private Wealth member
Submit this form with the mobile numbers of eligible referees

Syfe will calculate the number of successful referrals at the end of each quarter, and the corresponding referral bonus will be credited at the start of the following quarter.
The referral cash bonus for referrers will be credited and invested into their first-created Managed Portfolio or Cash Management portfolio.
Referrals must be used strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly approved by Syfe.
Referral codes must not be published or distributed on commercial websites (e.g. coupon sites, Reddit, Wikipedia) or blogs without prior authorisation from Syfe.
Clients are strictly prohibited from “spamming” others with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging individuals you do not know, or using automated systems or bots to share your referral code.
Clients are also prohibited from paying for advertisements to promote their referral codes.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. We encourage you to share Syfe with your friends and family to maximise your referral rewards.

7. Mandala Club Joining Fee Waiver

The Mandala Club Joining Fee Waiver is only applicable to Private Wealth members.
Eligible clients will receive a waiver of the one-time Mandala Club joining fee, valued at S$5,000+. This waiver is provided once per eligible client and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
For the avoidance of doubt, this waiver applies only to the one-time joining fee. Monthly membership fees and any other charges imposed by Mandala Club remain the responsibility of the client and are not covered by Syfe.
Syfe is not responsible or liable for any additional costs, services, or obligations arising from the client’s membership or engagement with Mandala Club.
The offer must be redeemed within the timeframe communicated by Syfe. Syfe reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Syfe and Mandala Club reserve the right to verify the eligibility of clients and to reject any redemption that does not comply with the Terms & Conditions.

8. Curated Wine Package

The Curated Wine Package is only applicable to Private Wealth members.
Eligible clients will receive a curated wine package worth approximately S$120, curated by BoundbyWine. The gift bundle is intended as a one-time welcome gift and is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
Redemption Process:
1. Eligible clients will receive a unique redemption code via email from Syfe.
2. The code can be used to redeem the wine bundle directly from BoundbyWine’s website or platform, subject to BoundbyWine’s terms and availability.
3. Each code is valid for one-time use only and may not be reused, shared, or resold.
The wine bundle must be redeemed by 31 December 2025. Codes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited. No extensions or replacements will be provided for expired, lost, or unclaimed codes.
Syfe is not responsible or liable for the fulfillment, quality, availability, or delivery of the wine bundle. Any issues related to the redemption, product quality, or delivery should be directed to BoundbyWine.
Clients must be 18 years or older to redeem the wine bundle. By participating in this offer, clients confirm that they meet the legal drinking age in Singapore and agree to consume responsibly.

9. Others

Collection of Information: By providing your information for this Promotion, clients understand and agree that Syfe will collect and use their personal information for the purpose of this Promotion, other marketing communications, as well as in accordance with Syfe’s Privacy Policy, available here. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Any questions regarding Syfe’s Privacy Policy or treatment of your personal information should be directed to [email protected].
Release: By participating in the Promotion, Referrer assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, Referrer hereby:(a) forever releases and discharges Syfe and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each, from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Referrer may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Referrer’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.
Reservation of Rights: Syfe reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. Syfe is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If Syfe suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information, or a violation of these terms, Syfe reserves the right to remove all promotions and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the client(s) account) or closing the client(s) account.
Currencies: All monetary values stated in these Terms and Conditions are denominated in either Singapore Dollars (SGD) or United States Dollars (USD). For USD-denominated requirements, please note that the final amount may vary due to foreign exchange (FX) fluctuations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the USD-equivalent value meets the stated USD thresholds, and Syfe shall not be liable for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion rates.
General: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. No content herein shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or recommendation for the purchase or sale of securities, futures, or other investment products.
