活動規則及條款

開戶獎勵推廣時間為 2025 年 5 月 5 日 00:00 – 2025 年 5 月 31 日 23:59（包括首尾兩日，具體以系統交易時間作準）。

活動對象為於 Syfe Hong Kong Limited 全新開戶的有效用戶，須於推廣期開戶才可參與本次活動。

活動規則須要：

使用指定兌換碼開戶。

如投入首筆款項 HK$10,000 於任何投資組合，HK$200 獎勵將存入你的相關組合。須維持 90 日 HK$10,000 或以上的現金流於你的相關組合。

如投入首筆款項 HK$50,000 於任何投資組合，HK$500 獎勵將存入你的相關組合。須維持 90 日 HK$50,000 或以上的現金流於你的相關組合。

如投入首筆款項 HK$100,000 於任何投資組合，HK$1,000 獎勵將存入你的相關組合。須維持 90 日 HK$100,000 或以上的現金流於你的相關組合。

未能達成以上最低結餘及鎖定期條件，提取投資組合時有關開戶獎勵將會被收回。

獎勵發放細則：

• 對於新開設的非定息寶投資組合，現金獎勵將直接存入相同組合，採用與組合相同的貨幣。對於新開設的定息寶投資組合，現金獎勵將以美元形式存入新開設的靈活寶投資組合。
• 活動中若出現違反法律法規、平台規則及本活動規則的行為或以不正當手段參與包括但不限於使用虛假賬戶、實施網路攻擊、作弊領取等，Syfe Hong Kong Limited 有權取消該用戶的參加及／或得獎資格及回收已發放的獎勵而毋須另行通知，並由該用戶承擔一切相關責任。

用戶應自行負擔因參加活動領取獎勵而產生的稅費事項（如有）。

活動解釋權在法律允許範圍內歸 Syfe Hong Kong Limited 解釋。

Terms and Conditions

The account opening promotion period is from 00:00 on May 5, 2025 to 23:59 on May 31, 2025 (both days inclusive, subject to system transaction time).

This promotion is only open to new users who open an account with Syfe Hong Kong Limited during the promotion period.

Promotion criteria:

Use the designated promotion code to open an account.

For the first deposit of [HK$10,000] into any portfolio: [HK$200] bonus will be credited to your relevant portfolio. A minimum balance of [HK$10,000] must be maintained in your relevant portfolio for 90 days.

For the first deposit of [HK$50,000] into any portfolio: [HK$500] bonus will be credited to your relevant portfolio. A minimum balance of [HK$50,000] must be maintained in your relevant portfolio for 90 days.

For the first deposit of [HK$100,000] into any portfolio: [HK$1,000] bonus will be credited to your relevant portfolio. A minimum balance of [HK$100,000] must be maintained in your relevant portfolio for 90 days.

Failure to meet the above minimum balance and lock-in duration criteria will result in clawback of the relevant account opening bonus during portfolio withdrawal.

Cash Bonus Fulfilment:

• For newly funded accounts with non Cash+ Fixed portfolios, the cash bonus will be rewarded directly into the same portfolio, in the same currency as the portfolio.
• For newly funded accounts with Cash+ Fixed portfolio, the cash bonus will be rewarded in USD into a newly created Cash+ Flexi Portfolio.

Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating and/or receiving rewards and to withdraw the awarded rewards without prior notice in the event of any violation of laws, regulations, platform rules and the rules of the Campaign or improper participation, including but not limited to the use of false accounts, cyber attacks, fraudulent claims, etc., and the user shall bear all related responsibilities.

Users shall be responsible for any taxes and fees (if any) incurred in connection with receiving the rewards.

Syfe Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion campaign to the extent permitted by law.
